When an Air Ambulance Card member refers a friend or family member, we'll send the member a $30.00 Rebate check AND send the friend/family member a matching $30.00 Rebate check.
Simply enter your name, Air Ambulance Card Member ID# (or phone number) and email below, along with your recipient's email address and click "Send". When they sign up, we'll mail you both a check.
