Air Ambulance Card® is a membership program that provides air ambulance services to its members, anywhere in the world, anytime. Air Ambulance Card is like an auto club but instead of sending a wrecker to tow your car, we send a dedicated medical airplane to move you from one hospital to another. This peace of mind is affordable, with yearly memberships starting at $195.

Millions of Americans travel domestically and internationally every year. Their greatest fear while traveling is a medical emergency. If they are hospitalized overseas, getting home to U.S. healthcare is a major concern. Unfortunately, most travelers are unprepared for the high cost and complex coordination required for an air ambulance transport.

There's No Place Like Home.

Air Ambulance Card membership provides worldwide air ambulance transportation, medical evacuation and repatriation services to transfer members back to the hospital of their choice. Air Ambulance Card is not insurance. Our membership program is not limited by complex language, restrictions and conditions included in standard travel insurance policies.

No Fine Print. Simply Service.

Air Ambulance Card Has No Medical Necessity Requirement

A physician does not have to determine that it is medically necessary that you be transported. We only require our member to be hospitalized as an inpatient and choose to be transferred to another hospital more than 150 miles away.

Air Ambulance Card Has No Nearest Appropriate Facility Limitation

We do not transport you to the nearest appropriate facility--which may be thousands of miles from your home. Our members choose their destination hospital.

Air Ambulance Card Has No Pre-existing Condition Exclusion

There are no medical questions on our enrollment application.

Air Ambulance Card Has No Waiting Period

Your membership is effective immediately upon enrollment with no restrictions for recent changes in medical treatment or medications.

Air Ambulance Card Has No Maximum Dollar Limit

Our members get up to two medical transports per year, no matter how much it costs.

Air Ambulance Card Memberships are Valid in U.S. and Worldwide

Air Ambulance Card member services are available whether you are at home, traveling within the United States or on the far side of the world.
